Pay: $64.00 - $72.00 per hour
K.A. Recruiting is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) to join a small Critical Access Hospital in the beautiful Eastern Sierra Region of California. Perform moderate and high-complexity laboratory testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Microbiology

Analyze, verify, and report patient results accurately and efficiently
\n - \n
Perform quality control, calibration, and routine instrument maintenance
\n - \n
Troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation as needed
\n - \n
Maintain compliance with CAP, CLIA, and hospital quality standards
\n - \n
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care

Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License required
\n - \n
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related scientific field
\n - \n
Previous hospital laboratory experience preferred
\n - \n
Generalist experience strongly preferred
\n - \n
Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
