Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license; Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Experience in school settings, preferably at the elementary level
- Strong skills in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with educators and staff
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
- Assess, diagnose, and document communication disorders
- Develop comprehensive IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families across two sites
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school policies
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
