Job Description
Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Collaborate with a supportive group of SLPs and serve a diverse K-12th grade caseload. What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible for state licensure as an SLP
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials accepted
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but open to strong candidates with a passion for working with children and adolescents
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to serve a K-12th caseload and engage with a range of student needs
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver speech-therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Document progress and maintain timely, accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
- Work alongside other SLPs and special education team members to create individualized programs
- Communicate progress and strategies with teachers, families, and staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, adapting to student needs and school schedules
