Location: Honolulu, Hawaii

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Onsite)

Duration: Contract

Overview

TEKsystems is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support a large telecommunications organization in Hawaii. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers, proactively identifying service needs, coordinating contract renewals and maintenance requirements, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales support experience, and the ability to effectively coordinate with multiple internal teams to drive successful customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively contact customers to identify business needs and support opportunities related to service renewals, maintenance agreements, and technology upgrades.
  • Coordinate customer requests and service requirements with internal operational, technical, and sales teams.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings between customers and internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Track customer activities, contracts, projects, and service requests while maintaining accurate records and reporting.
  • Assist with order coordination, equipment procurement processes, and service-related documentation.
  • Monitor project timelines and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
  • Generate reports and provide administrative support to assist with business operations and customer account management.
  • Support initiatives related to network modernization projects and customer service transitions.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Coordinator, Administrative Coordinator, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing support role.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Experience scheduling meetings, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain professionalism in customer interactions.
  • Must reside on Oahu and be able to work onsite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience supporting telecommunications, technology, utilities, or infrastructure-related operations.
  • Experience with equipment ordering, service provisioning, or inventory management processes.
  • Sales support, account coordination, or customer relationship management experience.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and reporting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $34.00/hr.
