Customer Service Representative

A Norcross based B2B Cabinet distribution center is seeking an Entry level Customer Service Representative to work in the Showroom! 1+ year experience required. Hours are Mon- Fri 8am to 5pm. Pay starts at $17 - $18 per hour and once perm, pay increases and benefits will be offered.

Customer Service for Norcross Showroom

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Pay Rate: $17/hour

Responsibilities:

• Greet and support showroom visitors (handle several calls and visitors daily)
• Perform other administrative assignments
• Record all walk-in customers
• Answer basic questions related to our cabinets
• Learn basic knowledge about cabinets
• Direct customers to the correct pickup location
• Process payments for walk-in customers
• Bilingual ability is a plus (English–Spanish)

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read and process customer orders
• Ability to cross-reference payment status in the database
• Strong organizational skills
• Customer-focused and reliable
• Retail customer service experience required
• Experience answering phone calls
