Pharmacist - Bend, Oregon

An established healthcare provider is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support a community pharmacy in Bend, OR. This role involves distributing prescribed medications and offering expert guidance to patients regarding their medication use. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service and have experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings.

Location:

• Bend, Oregon

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications prescribed by physicians and other healthcare practitioners
• Provide clear, informative counseling to patients on medication use, side effects, and interactions
• Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure a positive patient experience
• Collaborate with healthcare teams as needed to optimize patient care

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Oregon Pharmacist license
• Experience in retail pharmacy and/or long-term care preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Information:

• This is a contract position with a duration of 8+ weeks, starting August 10th
