• Knowledge of assessments, documentation, and interventions within educational frameworks
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and school staff
• Previous experience with K-12 populations is preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans addressing both fine and gross motor skills
• Deliver direct therapy services to students across multiple grade levels
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success and maximize outcomes
• Document and track progress, ensuring compliance with state and federal educational guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to interdisciplinary teams
• Provide resources and training to school staff on best OT practices
