School Occupational Therapist | Chesterfield, Missouri

Ideal candidates will bring a compassionate, flexible approach and a commitment to making a positive impact on students’ lives. You’ll work alongside school teams to ensure students develop the skills they need to succeed in and outside the classroom.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active OT license in the state (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Ability to adapt and navigate changing assignment information

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services to students, supporting functional performance in academic and daily living tasks
• Evaluate students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to foster student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning
• Adjust therapeutic approach based on evolving assignment or caseload details
