Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and current Occupational Therapy license
• Experience in school-based and healthcare OT settings; comfort with home health principles a plus
• Strong ability to work independently and adapt across multiple campuses
• Understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities when working with adolescents, including those in secure treatment environments
• Excellent documentation and communication skills to collaborate with educational staff and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT services onsite to students across up to four school locations (current caseload in three schools)
• Support a small roster—only 6 students, with the majority requiring consultative services
• Engage with both general education and special education teams to promote student success
• Perform assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and monitor student progress
• Complete all required documentation and paperwork from home, maximizing efficiency
• Offer expert consultation, resources, and hands-on strategies to school staff and student families
