Job Summary
A well-established legal services organization in Miami is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support strategic business development, client development, and marketing initiatives. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a highly organized professional with experience in legal, professional services, marketing, sales support, or business development.
The Business Development Coordinator will work closely with attorneys, practice groups, and the Marketing and Business Development team to support proposals, client research, CRM updates, business development materials, and client-facing initiatives. This role offers strong visibility within a respected professional services environment, supportive team collaboration, and the opportunity to contribute directly to firm growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work, professional communication, project coordination, and supporting high-performing teams in a fast-paced, attorney-facing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business development initiatives for attorneys, practice groups, and client development teams.
- Maintain priority client, prospect, target, and opportunity information in CRM systems and tracking documents.
- Assist with pitches, proposals, presentations, RFP responses, attorney biographies, and practice group materials.
- Conduct research on prospective clients, companies, industries, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, meeting materials, and background information for attorney meetings and client visits.
- Support client events, conferences, sponsorships, templates, resources, and departmental business development materials.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Compensation: $70,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Location: Miami, FL 33131.
- In-office schedule, Monday-Friday.
- Paid parking provided.
