Job Description
Our organization is in search of a Board Certified or Board Eligible Child Psychiatrist to join the Department of Psychiatry in a role focused on our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
Key ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
- Managing medication regimens for patients.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team to create and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at enhancing patient stability and recovery.
The starting base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $321,000, depending on the candidate's experience and faculty rank. This figure represents the base compensation only and does not include variable pay or additional productivity incentives, which are determined by departmental compensation policies. Detailed discussions regarding compensation will occur during the recruitment process.
