This full-time opportunity allows you to provide essential speech-language support while covering a maternity leave, making a real difference in young learners’ academic journeys.

What we’re seeking:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) in the state
  • Prior experience with school-based speech therapy, especially with early elementary or PreK-3 students
  • Ability to complete evaluations, develop IEPs, and deliver evidence-based therapy
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Collaborative spirit to work closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct speech/language screenings and assessments for students in PreK through 3rd grade
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, fluency, and social communication needs
  • Support students’ participation in classroom activities through individualized and small-group intervention
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Consult and communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to collaborative planning
  • Help create a positive, inclusive environment where every student can thrive
