Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility
  • State licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or ability to obtain)
  • Pediatric and/or school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat a diverse caseload of students with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to support each student’s individualized education plan (IEP)
  • Develop and implement therapy plans, monitor progress, and maintain detailed records
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment
