Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• State licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP
• Experience working with K-8 caseloads preferred—but open to new graduates and travelers
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation competencies
• Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with educators, staff, and families
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy and language services to K-8 students
• Complete thorough speech/language assessments and contribute to eligibility decisions
• Participate in IEP meetings and write clear, actionable IEP goals and documentation
• Communicate student progress with families and staff
• Collaborate with other SLPs for professional support and shared resources
