Qualifications & Experience

  • Active WA SLP License and ESA Certificate required
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (from an accredited program)

  • At least 2 years of school-based SLP experience

Responsibilities

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services across two elementary schools (K-5)
  • Manage a caseload of 40–50 students, adapting to individual needs
  • Assess, diagnose, and create intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
