Physical Therapist - School Setting in Cicero, IL

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing physical therapy services for K-12 students across three vibrant sites near Cicero, IL. This dynamic, full-time assignment begins August 2026 and runs through June 2027, offering a valuable chance to positively impact students’ physical development and academic journey. You’ll deliver therapy services that assess, develop, and implement tailored interventions, assist with IEP planning, and support students across a diverse caseload. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering greater independence and functional skills, from the early years all the way to transitional support for older students.

What we’re seeking:

• Active Illinois Physical Therapy (IL PT) License (required)
• Previous school-based PT experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Comfort traveling between three nearby sites
• Ability to work effectively with students from Kindergarten through 12th grade

Responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments, developing and delivering individualized therapy plans
• Engaging in IEP processes and documentation in compliance with regulations
• Collaborating with educators, families, and related service providers
• Promoting adaptive skills and safe mobility within school settings
• Monitoring and reporting progress to facilitate team-based support
