Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure/certification as an OT
• Previous experience providing occupational therapy in a K-8 or school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills, comfortable working with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt interventions for diverse student needs
• Commitment to supporting student development and participating in IEP processes

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in alignment with students’ IEPs
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans addressing fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to develop strategies that foster student success
• Document progress and maintain clear communication with team members
• Support two school locations and manage a consistent, organized schedule
• Participate in IEP meetings, in-service trainings, and ongoing professional development
