Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting middle and high school students through specialized speech-language services. In this role, you’ll make a meaningful impact on a small caseload of 5 to 10 students, working closely with them to maximize communication skills and foster academic success. Key Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Indiana (SLP-CCC preferred)
  • Experience providing speech-language services in middle and/or high school settings
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Comfortable integrating technology in therapy (district may consider virtual services depending on IEP needs)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders within educational settings
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized plans based on student needs and IEP goals
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families regarding progress and recommended interventions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and meet all compliance timelines
  • Adapt services to both in-person and potential virtual delivery, as determined by student IEPs
