A full-time opportunity is available, covering a maternity leave from November 16, 2026, through January 29, 2027. This contract position offers the flexibility to work either virtually or onsite, supporting a diverse group of learners, including those in a specialized RISE program for moderate disabilities.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Washington SLP license
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate
  • SLP-CCC credential preferred
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to effectively manage a caseload of approximately 50 elementary students with varying needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students within resource classrooms and the RISE program
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and district standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to program development
