Construction Project Engineer

Required Skills / Knowledge:

• Coordinate with contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any issues promptly.

• Oversee construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and contractual obligations.

• document control, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and tracking project progress efficiently.

• Manage contract administration processes including reviewing contracts, change orders, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

• Monitor project progress through regular site visits, progress reports, and updates to project schedules; address delays or deviations proactively.

• Support project management teams with cost control, resource allocation, and time management to maximize efficiency.

• Facilitate effective communication across all project stakeholders through clear documentation and regular meetings.

Experience:

• Proven experience in construction management or as a Construction Project Engineer with a solid background in commercial projects.

• Hands-on construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with field operations and safety procedures.

• Strong proficiency in Data Entry Programs

• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
