Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology is required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; recent graduates eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will be considered
- Valid California licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Prior experience in a school setting or 1:1 with students is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and adaptability
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to K-12 students in a 1:1 setting
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to maximize student support and success
- Maintain timely, accurate records and compliance with state and district guidelines
- Provide guidance and resources to educational teams to facilitate student development
