Key Qualifications:
- Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Position Details:
- Contract-based, full-time role
- Two leave coverages:
- First: Start of school year through October 1st (possible extension)
- Second: Start of school year through November 9th (possible extension)
- Provide therapy, evaluate students, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other support staff
- Manage a diverse caseload of students with varying communication needs
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal mandates
