\n A well-known chocolate manufacturer has a Temp-to-Hire Sanitation opening on their team! Located right here in the heart of Tacoma, you'll play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary production environment that helps bring smiles with every delectable bite.\n
\n
\n Shift: Monday–Friday\n
\n 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM\n
\n
\n Pay: $20.00/hour\n
\n
\n Sanitation Job Duties:\n
\n
    \n
  • Perform deep cleaning of production equipment, floors, walls, and work areas.
    • \n
  • Scrub and sanitize machinery and facility surfaces following company procedures.
    • \n
  • Empty garbage and recycling containers throughout the facility.
    • \n
  • Dispose of waste properly while maintaining cleanliness in designated areas.
    • \n
  • Sweep, mop, and maintain production and warehouse floors.
    • \n
  • Safely use cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment.
    • \n
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
    • \n
  • Assist with additional cleaning projects as needed to maintain a clean production environment.
    • \n

\n Sanitation Qualifications:\n
\n
    \n
  • 1 year of previous sanitation, janitorial, housekeeping, or industrial cleaning
    • \n
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
    • \n
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
    • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
    • \n
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • \n
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
    • \n
  • Willingness to follow strict food safety and sanitation procedures.
    • \n
