Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students in educational environments
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches for a diverse caseload
  • Commitment to in-person service delivery

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and carry out individualized therapy plans to address students’ unique needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to monitor progress and adjust interventions
  • Maintain timely, compliant records and documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise to the team
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive classroom atmosphere
