Job Description
A pharmacy opportunity is available for a Pharmacist in a rehab hospital setting located in the Boston area. This contract role offers an immediate start and is expected to last 13 weeks or more.
Schedule/Hours:
- Monday through Friday
- Day shifts, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Location:
- Boston area
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately and safely in a rehab hospital environment
- Utilize pharmacy technology systems such as Epic and Pyxis
- Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to optimize patient medication management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Massachusetts licensed pharmacist preferred
- New graduates and retail pharmacists welcome to apply
- Experience or familiarity with Epic and Pyxis systems is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
