A specialty compounding pharmacy specializing in Weight Loss and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy is seeking a full-time Lead Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy management and daily operations. This direct hire opportunity is located in DeBary, FL, with an established schedule of 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative tasks including managing invoices and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain strong attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with pharmacy staff
• Uphold professionalism and reliability in daily operations
• Show a willingness to learn and adapt to pharmacy processes and growth initiatives

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Florida pharmacy technician license is required
