As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and help drive operational excellence across the organization.

Position Overview

The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, handling confidential information, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination
  • Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and expense reporting
  • Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting materials
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, company events, and off-site activities
  • Act as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Screen and prioritize communications, responding on behalf of executives when appropriate
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives
  • Support special projects and assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business information
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar experience
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executives
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Professional, resourceful, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting leadership teams within a technology or high-growth company
  • Exposure to project coordination and event planning
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, collaboration tools, and business operations processes
Compensation

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $51.00 per hour
