\n What You'll Do as an Inventory Coordinator:\n
\n
    \n
  • Coordinate inventory management activities, including cycle counts, inventory audits, transfers, and inventory accuracy initiatives
    • \n
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with material planning to support production schedules
    • \n
  • Process purchase orders, vendor documentation, and incoming shipments
    • \n
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, pricing information, and item data within SAP
    • \n
  • Generate inventory and operational reports to support purchasing, production, and leadership teams
    • \n
  • Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and production departments to ensure timely material availability
    • \n
  • Identify inventory discrepancies and work to resolve issues efficiently
    • \n
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to optimize inventory processes
    • \n
\n
\n Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM\n
\n
\n Pay: $26.00-$31.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications\n
\n
\n What We're Looking For:\n
\n
    \n
  • Previous experience in inventory control, inventory coordination, supply chain, warehouse operations, or logistics
    • \n
  • Experience using SAP or another ERP system preferred
    • \n
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
    • \n
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
    • \n
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • \n
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • \n
