Become a part of a cutting-edge facility as a full-time Electrophysiology Cardiologist in Richland, Washington. Join an exceptional team that benefits from strong support from physician leaders. In this position, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary group committed to serving a diverse patient population. This well-established team includes 3 electrophysiologists, 4 interventional cardiologists, 5 general cardiologists, advanced practice clinicians (APCs), and support staff, along with specialized TAVR and Heart Failure programs. Position Overview:
- Full-time role with a Monday to Friday schedule, including time for administrative tasks
- Onsite device clinic available
- Comprehensive onboarding process and outstanding mentorship
- Team of 3 electrophysiologists, with one set to retire at the end of 2026
- Two electrophysiology labs, with a hybrid lab expected to open in 2027
- 1:1 ratio of APCs to electrophysiologists
- Pulsed field ablation technology available for atrial fibrillation treatment
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual compensation ranging from $712,517 to $989,480

The listed compensation may include incentives based on productivity or quality/service, call pay, and extra shift bonuses, as applicable. Additionally, continuing medical education (CME) benefits may be available for providers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary; new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible
