Job Summary
\nThe Retail Partner plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable shopping experience for guests visiting Rock City Gardens. This position supports daily retail operations by delivering excellent guest service, operating point-of-sale systems, maintaining clean and organized retail spaces, and assisting with merchandising and inventory needs.
\nThe Retail Partner contributes to a positive team environment while supporting efficient operations and high-quality guest interactions across all retail locations.

\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities
\nGuest Service & Culture
\n- \n
- Deliver excellent guest service to internal and external customers in alignment with the organization’s mission, culture, and values. \n
- Model Courage, Care, Wonder, and Excellence in all guest and partner interactions. \n
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner and assist with product selection and questions. \n
- Maintain a welcoming and guest-focused retail environment. \n
Sales & Point-of-Sale Operations
\n- \n
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems to process sales, returns, and transactions accurately. \n
- Follow all cash handling procedures and maintain accuracy in transactions. \n
- Provide efficient and courteous checkout experiences for guests. \n
Merchandising & Store Presentation
\n- \n
- Stock shelves and organize displays to ensure merchandise is visually appealing and properly presented. \n
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail areas, including light housekeeping tasks. \n
- Ensure all retail spaces remain guest-ready throughout each shift. \n
Inventory Support
\n- \n
- Assist with receiving shipments, restocking merchandise, and organizing inventory. \n
- Participate in inventory counts and stock management activities as assigned. \n
- Ensure merchandise is properly handled, stored, and rotated. \n
Teamwork & Operations
\n- \n
- Work collaboratively with Retail Team Leaders and fellow partners to achieve sales and service goals. \n
- Support opening and closing procedures as assigned. \n
- Follow all company policies related to safety, loss prevention, and operational standards. \n
General Responsibilities

- Perform additional duties as assigned by management. \n
Qualifications
\nEducation & Experience
\n- \n
- Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred but not required. \n
- Willingness to learn through on-the-job training. \n
Knowledge & Skills
\n- \n
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong guest service mindset. \n
- Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings. \n
- Ability to read and understand basic operational procedures. \n
- Basic math skills, including handling U.S. currency. \n
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. \n

- Flexible availability required, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. \n
