Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligible Clinical Fellow (CFY) applicants welcome
• Experience or strong interest in school-based SLP services
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to support diverse caseloads, including students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
• Commitment to evidence-based intervention and ongoing learning

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Monitor and document student progress in accordance with school procedures
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute thoughtful, student-centered recommendations
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all school district requirements
• Offer support and guidance to classroom staff regarding effective communication strategies
