Schedule: 5 days/week | 7.33 hours/day
Caseload: K-12
Pay Rate: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year in Norfolk, VA. In this role, you will diagnose and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. You will work closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students across grades K-12, helping them overcome communication barriers to achieve academic and social success.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language screenings, evaluations, and comprehensive assessments.
- Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Provide high-quality direct and indirect therapy services to a diverse K-12 student population.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to integrate therapy goals into classrooms.
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation of student progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active Virginia state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to school year start).
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in a school-based setting or working with pediatric populations is a plus.
