Occupational Therapist School Setting - Norwalk, CT

Step into an exciting role providing essential occupational therapy services to K-12 students for a contract opportunity beginning August 26th and extending through November 16th, 2026—with the potential for extension. Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Connecticut (CT)
• Experience working with K-12 populations, ideally within a school setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to diverse student needs
• Experience developing and implementing individualized therapy plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Conduct student assessments, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
• Develop creative interventions to address fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Maintain detailed documentation and stay current with best practices in school-based OT
