Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney with 2-4+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate. This role offers significant client interaction and the opportunity to manage sophisticated estate planning and probate matters in a collaborative practice.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister trusts and estates from inception through completion.
Draft and review trust and probate administration documents.
Prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, beneficiary designations, and other estate planning documents.
Conduct legal research related to probate and estate planning matters.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development efforts.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and client advisors to deliver exceptional client service.
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active Florida Bar license required.
2-4+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate administration.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Proficiency with Westlaw and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
