We are excited to announce an opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to become part of our expanding team in Mount Carroll, Illinois!

Qualifications:
  • MD/DO with board certification or eligibility
  • Completion of residency training from an ACGME-accredited family medicine program
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Expertise in delivering exceptional care to patients of all ages
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive initial salary guarantee that transitions to a production-based model after the first year, along with a comprehensive benefits package:

  • Salary Range: $285,000 - $350,000
