Opportunity Details- Position Type: Full-time, 1.0 FTE
- Schedule: Flexible; options for 8, 9, or 10-hour shifts
- Location: 245 Cherry Street Suite 300, Grand Rapids
- Specialty: Interventional PMR
- Hospital Information: Our organization includes Trinity Health Medical Group and Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital
- Team Size: Regional program with 3 physicians and 1 APP in Grand Rapids; 2 physicians in MSK; Neuroscience Division in WMI with over 80 providers
- Teaching Opportunities: Yes - Involvement with Residents, Medical Students, and Fellows

- Board certified in the relevant clinical specialty or must achieve certification within the timeframe set by the applicable specialty board.
- Fellowship in Interventional Spine or Pain preferred
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain one)
- DEA license required
A typical day may involve:
- Delivering direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

- Documenting patient information in Epic EMR
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives
