Job Opportunity Overview- Become a member of a close-knit group consisting of 14 Physicians and 12 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Work 14-16 shifts each month
- Shifts will vary between 8 to 12 hours
- 24/7 support from APPs
- Main location: MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center, featuring 67 ICU/CCU beds
- Secondary location: MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center, with 7 ICU beds

- Act as a Regional Referral Hub - Deliver care to a diverse tertiary service area serving 1.5 million residents across central Iowa.
- Practice in an Advanced Clinical Setting - Engage in a highly specialized environment that includes a Neuro Trauma ICU and a closed ICU model aimed at providing high-quality, team-oriented care.

- Competitive Base Salary with Growth Potential:
- Year 1: $420,000 | Year 2: $432,000 | Years 3+: $568,379
- Recruitment bonus: $150,000

Our facility is a Level II Trauma center that has been dedicated to serving the community since 1893. We operate four non-profit Catholic Medical Centers and two specialty hospitals, totaling 875 beds.
