Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Sciences
• Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC), or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) status
• Open to applications from experienced SLPs, CFYs, and SLPAs
• Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP/SLPA
• Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, families, and students
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to students with diverse speech and language needs
• Collaborate with general and special education staff to provide integrated services
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Adapt interventions and communication strategies to meet each student’s unique needs
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive learning environment
