Key Qualifications:
- Hold a current Michigan SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong collaborative communication skills
- Proficient in conducting evaluations, developing and implementing IEPs, and maintaining documentation
- A commitment to fostering student progress in a dynamic team environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students within the caseload
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services and consultative support to students in accordance with educational goals
- Partner closely with classroom teachers, school staff, and families to promote student communication skills
- Maintain accurate records and document services in a timely, compliant manner
- Proactively participate in team meetings, interventions, and professional development to ensure best practices
