This full-time contract position offers 37.5 hours per week for the new school year, in a setting where collaborative spirit thrives and professional growth is encouraged.

Enjoy the camaraderie of an experienced and supportive SLP team—currently 16 strong—with the added guidance of a Lead SLP. You’ll carry a manageable caseload averaging 50-55 students, providing services that make a measurable impact in their educational journeys.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
  • Eligible for state SLP licensure
  • Prior school-based experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Enthusiasm for teamwork in a collaborative environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and direct intervention for students with communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and fellow SLPs for comprehensive student support
  • Keep accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in meetings and professional development activities
  • Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere in each interaction
