- PD: $125/Day - paid 7 days \n
- Duration of project - 1 year \n

OVERVIEW:
\nThe Journeyman Electrician is a qualified craft professional responsible for performing electrical & instrumentation installations, work safely, correctly, & efficiently in accordance with drawings, specifications, codes, & Company standards. Journeymen are expected to work independently, mentor apprentices, & produce code-compliant, inspection-ready work.
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n- \n
- Follow all Company & client safety rules, participate in JSAs, permits, & LOTO briefings, and wear required PPE at all times & follow all safety proceedures. \n
- Install conduit (rigid, EMT, IMC, PVC) & supports. \n
- Pull, terminate, & label power & control wiring. \n
- Install panels, MCCs, VFDs, junction boxes, & trays. \n
- Perform grounding & bonding per code. \n
- Read & work from electrical drawings & schematics. \n
- Install instrument tubing & wiring \n
- Mount instruments, transmitters, & analyzers \n
- Assist with calibration, loop checks, & testing \n
- Support commissioning activities under supervision \n
- Verify work meets NEC, client specs, & Mach standards \n
- Self-check work before inspection \n
- Correct deficiencies immediately \n
- Maintain neat, organized work areas \n
- Follow daily work plans & foreman direction \n
- Mentor apprentices & helpers \n
- Set example for safety & quality \n
- Communicate respectfully with crew members \n
- Represent the Company professionally at all times \n
- Accurately report time & work completed \n
- Identify discrepancies in drawings or scope \n
- Communicate issues to Foreman or Superintendent promptly \n
