Qualifications and Required Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
  • California State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist necessary
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) credential required
  • Prior experience providing services in educational settings preferred
  • Strong communication abilities, with a passion for encouraging student growth
  • Adaptable and organized, with excellent interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students on a 1:1 basis
  • Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the IEP process
