Step into a rewarding contract position as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP - CCC) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of students near Anderson, SC. This full-time opportunity offers 37.5 hours per week as part of a collaborative, well-supported team. You'll join a group of 16 experienced SLPs/SLP-Ts, working closely with a dedicated Lead SLP for ongoing mentorship and guidance. With caseloads averaging 50-55 students, you'll play a vital role in shaping students’ communication skills during the new school year (NSY).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC)
  • State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology in SC
  • Experience with school-based caseloads preferred
  • Comfortable managing a caseload of 50-55 students across various needs
  • Ability to work effectively on-site as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Deliver direct therapy services and document progress in compliance with district guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student growth
  • Participate in IEP meetings and help create a positive, inclusive environment for all learners
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to ensure best practices in therapy and student engagement
