Job Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar General Manager or senior leadership role within a restaurant environment

Job Responsibilities:
As the Restaurant General Manager in Fort Worth, TX, you will:
- Coach, develop, and manage a team of 40+ employees
- Oversee all guest-related services and ensure every visit reflects the brand's standards
- Adhere to and enforce all restaurant operational standards
- Oversee daily operations from open to close
- Ensure staff compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Manage food and labor costs against weekly budgets
- Interview, hire, and onboard new team members
- Complete weekly inventory and manage scheduling
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming work environment
- Maintain staffing levels that support consistent service
- Oversee food quality and presentation
- Ensure all required operational programs are accurate and complete
