We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT) to join a hospital laboratory team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical laboratory experience, attention to detail, and the ability to perform accurate testing across multiple laboratory departments.

Position Responsibilities:\n

• Perform a variety of clinical laboratory testing including chemistry, hematology, coagulation, microbiology, urinalysis, and blood bank (as applicable)
\n
• Analyze and interpret laboratory results to ensure accuracy and quality patient care
\n
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation
\n
• Perform quality control and proficiency testing according to regulatory standards
\n
• Follow laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and compliance requirements
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely reporting of results
\n
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care
\n

Qualifications:\n

\n
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
\n
• ASCP certification preferred (MT/MLS/MLT) or equivalent certification
\n
• Previous hospital laboratory experience preferred
\n
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, instrumentation, and quality standards
\n
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
\n
