Packaging Operator

Job Details:

Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: 30411 Whipple Road, Union City, CA 94587

Duration: 05+ Months (Temp to Hire)

Shift: 7am - 530pm (Mon - Thurs) OT as needed on Fri

Pay rate: $19.50/hr on W2.

Description:

Manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products

Package finished products according to quality standards and procedures

Inspect packaging materials and remove defective products/components

Complete device history records, inventory counts, and packaging documentation

Perform basic mathematical calculations for batch records

Assist with inventory counting and routine cleaning of packaging stations/equipment

Follow PPE, gowning, contamination control, and safety procedures

Handle hazardous waste as required

Participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

0–1 year of packaging experience (minimum 6 months of industry experience preferred)

Strong attention to detail

Good documentation practices

Basic computer skills

Ability to perform basic math calculations

Team player with flexibility to work overtime and rotating/static shifts as needed
