What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a general education or resource teacher in elementary settings
• Special education certification highly preferred
• Ability to seamlessly move between grade levels, tailoring support to both small groups and individual students
• Stellar communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Strong classroom management abilities, with skill in setting expectations and advocating for student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to approximately 10–15 3rd-grade students
• Adapt instruction to support students in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to align resources and strategies
• Maintain clear records of student progress, communicating growth and needs
• Manage classroom routines and encourage positive behavior and academic engagement
• Advocate for student resources and supports, ensuring every learner benefits
