Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain
  • Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric settings highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and interpret evaluation results
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy to students in individual or small group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
  • Consult on strategies and modifications to foster students’ communication and academic growth
