Position: Traveling Associate Dentist

We are currently looking for a Traveling Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Support our mission of delivering exceptional dental care within the community and contribute to creating smiles and unforgettable experiences for both children and adults.   • Participate in morning meetings (you can even lead one!), organize your day, express appreciation to your team, and highlight outstanding examples of customer service, teamwork, and goal achievement.
  • Enjoy working with children, who represent over 70% of our patient demographic.
Responsibilities
  • Provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team as a Traveling Associate Dentist.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity by complying with all governmental regulations, company policies, and compliance programs.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Our Practice Offers
  • DentaPro software for efficient practice management.
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex units for advanced imaging.
  • Fiber-optic handpieces for enhanced patient care.
  • Annual training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management.
  • A supportive team structure: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
  • A patient demographic primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location.
  • Office workflow includes an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.
  • A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.
Qualifications

We expect you to possess:

  • A DDS/DMD degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • A current, valid dental license in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure.
  • Any additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
  • A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults.
