This onsite position involves evaluating residents' mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional capabilities. Based on your assessments, you will create and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at promoting independence and ensuring safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of mobility, strength, and balance.
• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans for residents.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and training focused on balance and gait.
• Implement fall prevention strategies.
• Maintain thorough documentation of residents' progress and treatment outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and care staff to ensure comprehensive resident support.
• Educate residents and their families about therapy processes and goals.
• Contribute to a nurturing and growth-oriented community that enhances residents' quality of life.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license.
• Experience in geriatric care is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
